J.PROCK est à la fois un groupe de rock, de pop, d’électro et de new wave alternative. Ça sonne un peu comme si Yellow Magic Orchestra avait trop écouté Zappa. Mais la façon la plus révélatrice pour les décrire c'est groupe de rock.
On sent d’où viennent ces trois-là. On comprend ce qu’ils ont écouté quand ils étaient adolescents.
Ce trio, c'est l'âme du rock avec une touche d’avant-garde qui revisite une certaine Dance qui était sur le point de rendre l'âme (au fond, ça reste une des dernières inventions musicales à proprement parler). Alternant avec humour et sincérité entre l’innocence de l’enfance et l’intelligence de la maturité, cette musique est immédiate. Courez à leurs concerts !
J.PROCK is a band which do rock, pop, electro and new wave alternative at the same time. It sounds like Yellow Magic Orchestra had listen to Zappa way too much. But the most revealing word to describe this band is still rock.
We can easily understand what these guys had listened to when they were teenagers.
This trio is the soul of rock with a touch of avant-garde revisiting the dance music which about to give up the ghost (basically, dance remains one of the last musical inventions per se). Alternating with humor and sincerity between the innocence of childhood and intelligence of the maturity, this music is immediate. Run to their concerts!
